核心语法点 (重中之重)
情态动词
这是八年级下册的第一个语法重点,也是期末必考内容。
can/could(能力、可能性)can: 现在的能力或客观可能性。 e.g., I can swim.could: 过去的能力,或现在委婉的请求/建议。 e.g., I could swim when I was five. / Could you help me, please?
may/might(许可、可能性)may: 请求许可,比can更正式。 e.g., May I come in?might: 可能性比may小。 e.g., He might be at home.
must(必须、肯定推测)- 表示“必须”,其否定形式是
mustn't(禁止)。 e.g., You must finish your homework. / You mustn't play with fire. - 表示有把握的肯定推测。 e.g., He must be in the library. (他肯定在图书馆。)

have to(不得不,客观需要)- 表示客观环境迫使某人做某事,有人称和数的变化。 e.g., I have to get up early tomorrow. / She has to work on weekends.

must的区别:must侧重主观意愿,have to侧重客观情况。
should/shouldn't(应该、建议)should: 提出建议或劝告。 e.g., You should exercise more.shouldn't: 提出警告或劝告不要做某事。 e.g., You shouldn't eat too much candy.
【易错点】

mustn't表示“禁止”,不表示“不必”,表示“不必”用don't have to或needn't。- 对
Must I...?的回答:肯定回答Yes, you must.;否定回答No, you needn't/don't have to.
现在完成时
这是整个初中阶段最难的语法点之一,也是期末考试的重中之重。
- 结构:
have/has + 动词的过去分词 - 用法:
- 表示过去发生并持续到现在的动作或状态,通常与
for(达...之久) 和since(自从...以来) 连用。- e.g., I have lived here for ten years. (我在这里住了十年了,现在还住在这里。)
- e.g., She has been a teacher since 2025. (她从2025年起就是一名老师,现在还是。)
- 表示过去发生过的、对现在有影响的动作。
- e.g., I have lost my key. (我把钥匙弄丢了。-> 结果是现在没钥匙。)
- e.g., He has already finished his homework. (他已经做完作业了。-> 结果是现在作业完成了。)

【易错点】
- 现在完成时 vs. 一般过去时:

反意疑问句
用来证实信息,前后两部分肯定/否定相反。
- 基本结构: 肯定陈述句 + 简短否定问句;否定陈述句 + 简短肯定问句。
