PM2.5——我们呼吸的“隐形杀手”
①近年来,“PM2.5”这个词频繁出现在我们的生活中,它究竟是什么,又为何如此受到关注呢?
②PM2.5是指大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物,也称为可入肺颗粒物,它的直径还不到人的头发丝粗细的1/20,虽然微小,但它对人体的危害却不容小觑。
③PM2.5之所以危害巨大,首先在于它能直接进入人体的肺泡,并沉积下来,进入血液循环,对人体的呼吸系统和心血管系统造成严重损害,研究表明,PM2.5浓度每上升10微克/立方米,居民总死亡率上升约4%,呼吸系统疾病死亡率上升约6%,PM2.5的来源复杂,既包括自然来源,如风扬尘土、火山喷发等,也包括人为来源,如工业排放、汽车尾气、建筑扬尘、秸秆焚烧等,人为源是造成城市PM2.5浓度升高的主要原因。
④面对PM2.5的威胁,我们并非束手无策,对于个人而言,在雾霾天气里,应尽量减少外出,尤其是老人、儿童和患有心肺疾病的人群,如果必须外出,应佩戴专业的防颗粒物口罩,应关闭门窗,使用空气净化器可以有效降低室内PM2.5浓度,对于社会而言,治理PM2.5污染是一项系统工程,需要政府、企业和公众的共同努力,政府应加大环保投入,严格限制工业和机动车污染排放;企业应积极进行技术改造,推行清洁生产;公众则应选择绿色出行,积极参与植树造林等环保活动。

那一次,我流泪了
①从小到大,我很少流泪,即使遇到再大的困难,我也会告诉自己:要坚强,不能哭,但那一次,我却哭了,哭得那么伤心。
②那是我上初二时的事,我的数学成绩一直不好,每次考试都在及格线边缘徘徊,为了迎接即将到来的期末考试,我每天晚上都学到很晚,做了大量的习题,可成绩却始终不见起色,我开始变得焦虑、烦躁,甚至开始怀疑自己的能力。
③期末考试那天,我怀着忐忑的心情走进考场,拿到试卷,我一看,头就大了,很多题目都是模棱两可,感觉会做,却又下不了笔,考试结束的铃声响起,我还有一大片空白,我走出考场,感觉天都要塌下来了。
